Pregnancy yoga classes


There are no classes running at present.


At the Park centre, Kingswood, BS15 4AR


Block of 5 classes £45 ( to be used over 6 weeks) and you are welcome to join at anytime,  if there is availability, once you are in the 2nd trimester. Contact me for more details and to book a place.


Classes can be paid for as you go from 35 weeks at £9 per session and booked once you are through the first trimester.



Pregnancy is about a time of change and can be an amazing and exciting time. But changes in the body both physically and emotionally can be challenging.

My classes are designed to help bring balance physically, mentally and emotionally. A space for you to connect with other pregnant mothers, to reconnect with yourself and spend some time getting to know your body and baby. Each class will begin with  a check in to share any feelings or issues that have come up in the week and end with a deep relaxation. The physical practice will help to strengthen the body in preparation for labour and to learn some breathing techniques to help keep you calm and relaxed through pregnancy and beyond.


Preparing for class


Eating a full meal before class isn't advisable but having a smaller snack will stop you being hungry or feeling sick. If you are suffering from morning sickness or low blood pressure and need to bring along a snack then  please do. I have spare mats, blankets and blocks but bring along mats, pillows, blankets and anything that will make you more comfortable as well as some water.


You are welcome to join the class after the first trimester and can stay right up to the birth.


If you are running late for a class then still come along and join us, you are always welcome.
